USA: Orders from within the U.S. will usually arrive 5-12 days after making a purchase - depending on location.

REST OF WORLD: Orders from outside the U.S. will usually arrive 7-20 days after making a purchase - depending on location.

While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances that are out of our control that affect delivery times (natural disasters, holidays, weather, COVID). For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.

All merchandise items are made to order, keeping our emissions low and our waste down. Once an order is placed, your items will go into production, at which point there will not be any information available for tracking the order. This process usually takes 5-10 days. Once your order is ready for shipping though, we will be sending you an email to let you know that your items are on their way.

Please be advised that our shipping fees do not include duty/customs charges on imported packages that exceed a certain amount. Occasionally shipments outside of the US and Europe will incur customs fees. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency are the responsibility of the customer. For UK orders: due to new BREXIT regulations, orders over £135 will be subject to customs tax / duties.

Occasionally, confirmation emails can go into the spam/junk folders - so please check these places first! If you still cannot find it, please contact us with your name so that we can locate your details.

Our manufacturer has facilities in the USA, UK, Canada, Mexico, Lativa and Spain, and has fulfilment partners in Australia, Japan and Brazil. This allows around 80% of our orders to ship regionally, helping with faster shipping times, reduced shipping costs and lower levels of CO2 emissions produced in transporting orders.

We ship globally! However, due to legal restrictions or shipping limitations, we do not ship to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
